Blue Ash’s Fretboard Brewing is opening a Norwood site inside the Factory 52 development.

Upcoming Factory 52 is a 20-acre mixed-use development that has already announced many new ventures, including Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and Asheville-based Hi-Wire Brewing.

According to a Factory 52 Facebook post, the Fretboard Brewing site will be housed in “The Gatherall” as a space in the development that will house 14 different restaurants as well as a rooftop bar.

At their Blue Ash spots, Fretboard currently offers food, live music, events, and of course their house beers that range from their year-round classics to their seasonal offerings.

Based on Factory 52’s announcement, it looks like the Norwood location will have all of Fretboard Brewing’s favorites.

The Factory 52 project was announced in 2020, according to developers Viox & Viox.

There are plans to transform the former American playing card factory into a huge space for residential, commercial and office use. They promise “community gathering spaces” as well as a three-story parking garage. The website says residents will have access to amenities including a food court, event lawn, pickleball court, dog park and resort-style swimming pool.

No official opening date has been announced for the new Fretboard Brewing site. Find more information about
